Refund & Return Policy
At Ampak Distribution, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality book printing, publishing, and distribution services. However, due to the customized nature of our products, please review our refund and return policy carefully.
1. Print & Publishing Orders
- All book printing and publishing orders are custom-made. Therefore, refunds or returns are not available once the order is confirmed and production has begun.
- We encourage customers to carefully review all files, designs, and specifications before submitting final approval.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
- If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with production defects, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
- To process a claim, provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
- After review, we may offer a replacement at no extra cost or a partial/full refund, depending on the situation.
3. Distribution Services
- Payments for book distribution and related services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
- If services cannot be provided due to our error, we will issue a refund or credit toward future services.
4. Cancellations
- Cancellations are only possible before printing or publishing begins. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
